“Perfect stay in beautiful apartment with lovely sea views.”

Perfect location directly behind the shopping promenade with supermarket next door toentrance and just across the road from the miles of beautiful beach. Apartment has everything you need, beds were comfortable, nice and bright and balcony is fantastic, full sun allday long til early evening time. Amazing sea and sunset views. Im so glad i decided to book this apartment as icame for a week and stayed at a hotel which was awful, feeling it had ruined my holiday last minute i decided to extend my stay here and booked another flight and this apartment. Best decision ever as ive loved it so much i will be back in a few months time. As i travel a lot alone i tend to stick to using properties im happy with so this one will definitely see me again regularly in winter. Xavier the host met me in person and was lovely, checked up on me during my stay, couldnt have asked for more. Will definitely be recommending his apartments to my travel agent friends in uk.

“Superb”

The best

The location was perfect, access to stors, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, bus stop, parking places across the street. Loved the ocean view from the balcony. The apartment was clean and nice, it had all the utilities you might need for a holiday stay. Javier, the host, was very helpful and reliable.

To be improved

Access to the apartment was a bit difficult, a lot of stairs or a combination of stairs with long corridors. The complex is a bit dated, which does not apply to the apartment that is nicely renovated.

The best

The property was as described. It is a studio accommodation on the 4th Floor. It was clean and quiet with no determinable road noise. It has the benefit of a supermarket nearby and is a short walk to the sea and shops.

To be improved

We only stayed in the property for a couple of nights and it was our first time to Morro Jable. The reception and circulation areas of the building are in need of refurbishment and cleaning and present a less than favourable impression. This is a shame as the fourth floor and studio flat are much more uplifting.

“Disappointing”

The best

The stuff was very friendly and welcoming. The apartment looked clean and we had a great view on the beach. The kitchen was ok, there is a fridge and also a washing machine which we didn’t use but the possibility was there. I would have rated the apartment a 8.

To be improved

La cucarachas. On the first evening we saw one was trying to get in to our flat when we wanted to walk in to the apartment. We killed it fortunately. We couldn’t use the kitchen because we didn’t want to attract them and we couldn’t leave the windows open over night. It was very stressful because we were cautious not to accidentally bring giant tropical cockroaches home in our luggage.

The best

Very nice apartment in a good location. The apartment was perfectly clean and everything was new and in good working order. Fabulous terrace with nice views. Beach just on the other side of the road. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

To be improved

Building is a bit dated and getting to the apartment in the 4.th floor is a bit awkward as the lift goes only to 2. floor then you have to cross another building and climb another two stairs. Not for older people with a lot of luggage.... Very expensive supermarket in same building..... convenient but prices are just double of those of the supermarket in town.
