Family of 4 stay (2 adults, 2 children) ✅ Pros - Clean throughout - Towels changed daily - Bedding changed during the week - Friendly and helpful staff - Nice pool area - Great location in Los Cristianos - Approx. ½ mile walk to the beach - Only 4 minutes’ walk to Mercadona supermarket ❌ Cons - Hot water tank limited to 40 litres; takes around 30 minutes to reheat Only 3 quick showers possible before running out - One-bedroom apartment felt quite dark Safety bars on windows made the bedroom feel enclosed Needed lights on most of the time - No freezer compartment in the fridge (unusual for self-catering) - Bedroom backed onto the road. Noticeable traffic noise at night, even with double glazing Overall: Clean and well-located hotel, but a few practical issues affected our stay.

Amazing hotel,lovely location about a 10 minute walk from los crisations and las americas but the hotel is very quiet. We came on a jet2 holiday. After a long travel day the hotel was very nice and the reception was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and nothing was to much trouble such as when we asked for for directions. The room was very clean and spacious, there is no oven but there is a microwave and hob. The kettle is very slow but at least it works/there is one. the beds are clean and comfortable. The balcony is enormous. The pool isn’t heated and as we came in February it was a little cold to use but the pool bar was very good and the food was very nice( the kids portion is huge).There was however the fact that the pool opened at 10am and people were put towels on the sun beds(7-8 of them) and then didn’t come back to at least 15.45 which meant that other people were left with the sun beds in the shade You had to pay for everything that wasn’t in the room such as the safe etc but it wasn’t that expensive All in all the hotel is very nice clean and spacious would definitely recommend and stay again if I came to this area

Whala!Tenerife, Playa De Las Americas Tenerife, newly changed names! Gorgeous wee 3 star hotel, rooms available are studio, one bed apartments and 2 bed apartments! The hotel is basic self catering, with Perfect location, lovely food and drink on offer and friendly staff! Definetly recommend this for a trip away 🌴✈️☀️

Excellent location just a short walk to both Los Cristianos and Playa De Las Americas. Spacious comfortable rooms and friendly staff made this a perfect place to relax. 2 pool areas that are clean with plenty of sun loungers, never a problem getting some together no matter what time we pitched up at the pool. Bar staff very friendly and the food menu although not large was really good and very well priced. Large supermarket just round the corner and a convenience shop right outside the hotel entrance. 10 min walk to the Golden Mile with plenty of bars, restraunts and entertainment. stayed as a group 3 friends and already booked again for sept 2026

Easy location to get to by bus from the airport,a bit of walk into the town about 20 mins. Room was basic but served my purpose for a one night stay.

Lovely friendly hotel, very clean and comfortable.large rooms, Great staff, beautiful food and great price. Right beside the bus stop shops barbers cafés restaurants. 13 minutes from the airport by taxi.10 minutes leasure walk to the beach
