White Apartments - Adults Only

BED BUGS/ BETTWANZEN!!!!! We stayed at this hotel and unfortunately found bed bugs in the Bed. I was bitten multiple times while sleeping. When we reported this to the staff, they admitted the problem and promised us a refund verbally. However, after we checked out, they are now refusing the refund through Booking.com, despite what they told us in person. This is completely unacceptable. Not only was the room unhygienic and caused us discomfort and stress, but the management is also dishonest. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel.

The WORST hotel experience of my life. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist was shockingly rude. I mentioned it was my birthday, and instead of being polite, she laughed, mocked me, and sarcastically said, “We’re going to sing for you.” When I called her out for being disrespectful, she arrogantly replied, “With this attitude, you won’t get anything.” She didn’t stop there, she actually started fighting and arguing with me in front of my friends, to the point where my friends had to step in and calm me down. She was so unprofessional that she even argued with me saying, “This is not your birthday.” Absolutely unbelievable. She completely ruined my vacation, destroyed my birthday, and killed all my happiness about celebrating this special occasion. On top of this disgraceful behavior, even the room was not clean. We saw bugs crawling around the apartment. We had booked and paid for a sea view, but instead were stuck with a pool view. This hotel is a SCAM. The OWNER and MANAGER need to read this immediately because this kind of behavior and customer service are unacceptable and humiliating for any paying guest. Do yourself a favor: stay FAR away from this hotel.
