“Superb”
The best

I am very grateful to the owner for helping with my luggage (the apartment is on the third floor without elevator) and his attention to all of the details, including coffee machine, deodorant, hair dryer and even the print Seville map. The location of the apartment is also amazing — there are a lot of different restaurants in the district, all of the sightseeings are within walking distance. I will recommend this apartments to all of my friends, going to Seville.

To be improved

My travel was in January, it was very cold in the apartment despite two blankets. Also it was quite noisy because of neighbors with children. The conditioner didn't work for heat.

The best

Wonderful stay! The room was impeccably clean, and the rooftop space provided a lovely space to relax. The host gave me a warm and friendly welcome, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

To be improved

One thing to note is that it takes about a 25-minute walk to reach Catedral (City Center), so I would recommend this place for those with a bit more time, ideally staying for more than two days. Additionally, the location isn’t very accessible by bus, though this seems to be a general characteristic of Seville.
