Located in quiet area and cleaning staff were very helpful indeed. Good location for bars and restaurants and good value for Benalmadena Pueblo.

To be improved

Having to ask any questions through WhatsApp, no reception staff, although the replies were fairly quick. The location of the hotel was difficult to find, due to roadworks and it should have been stated that the location of the hotel would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, either steep hills or steep steps.

Loved the location, there are works been dine in the village at the moment which didn't bother us. Rooms were clean and adequate, we wished wr had used the outdoor kitchen facilities would do if stayed longer, lovely little pool.

To be improved

Maybe a bit more privacy on the terraces. Lighting could be better inbthe room.

the drinks in the fridge

the fact the place was in the middle of a building site ...noise dust everywhere ...couldn't relax and use the pool due to the works being the other side of the wall. The easy street entrance blocked off had to take a hard walk to the other entrance every time or get a taxi to the top of a very steep hill . No prior warning of people with mobility issues and no prior warning of the terrible disturbing noise and dirt and I had 6 other people fly out and book the place for my husbands 60th birthday . 4 days of hell .. No hot water for showering . the internal stairs are dark and dangerous . If you have mobility issues please do not book this hotel !!! works will be ongoing throughout the summer so I'll tell you about the building works as we found out the hard way ...
