Lovely apartment and beautiful pool and grounds. Ideal location would definitely stay again. Just no sunbeds around the pool but everything else was exceptional

Was informed the day before that we had to collect key from agents office, couldn't amend transfer as such short notice so had to pay driver extra would of liked to of known this beforehand. The address on Booking.com is also incorrect which caused confusion as it was the apartment in the photos, address should read Av de Europe 21 03503. Also had to leave key in apartment when leaving which was a bit stupid as need keys to get out gate.Couldn't fault the apartment.

Once we found out we’re it was it was a good location for town to walk ever were as we are good walkers everything in good reach the kitchen was well a quipped everything needed to make a meal handy washer for towels comfy bed nice and modern rooms it felt nice and secure too and a lift if you had shopping to take in very good car park also a nice swimming pool and tennis court if there had been a couple of rackets there .thankyou for the stay .

We didn’t like having to go look for the key then having to find the flat after that it took us two hours from getting into Benidorm to getting in the flat a key safe would be better at the property or someone to meet you for hand over keys also the fact there was no English tv channels was bad for us as we don’t like to go out ever night but we had to as there was no tele to watch also maybe look for a pair of second hand rackets maybe on internet for the court. Would be a good touch thankyou .
