“Good stay in Madrid”
The best

The apartment is very well equipped with a nice kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The host Jesus is friendly and happy to help.

To be improved

The location isn’t perfect, because the room overlooks the highway, so it’s quite loud and you need to take metro or bus (both stop nearby) to get downtown. However, the neighborhood is quite pleasant with nice local cafeterias and there’s a supermarket just outside.

“Pleasant stay in Madrid”
The best

Nice apartment, big enough and with all necessary equipment. Location isn’t bad, actually is great if you want to go to Madrid Zoo or amusement park. Sadly the metro line 6 (Lucero station), isn’t easily accessed because of maintenance . But Batan station isn’t far away and it is a good metro line. Host staff is excellent and very helpful. We even got a high chair for our kid. Store is just next door.

To be improved

It could be cleaner - a lot of dust under the furniture.

Everything in the apartment was super nice. The air-conditiong worked great! It was a very nice place to stay. Very modern. The host was helpful.

To be improved

There was no bedspread or blanket on the bed... only a sheet. The noise! We were only there one night but we hardly got any sleep from the extremely loud music being played in the street behind the apartment. Also, a group of teen boys sat right outside the door and were talking, laughing and talking very dirty. I'm no innocent, but they were bad. I told them from the window to be quiet. They just got louder and beat upon the door. This went on until there early hours of the morning. They left a mess outside the door. This could have been some kind of neighborhood party and a one night thing, but it was this way for the night we were there. The apartment had good soundproofing and it was still loud.

The best

The apartment was in perfect condition with a nice decoration. The location is very close to the metro station of Batan and to a supermarket. The host was kind enough to provide us with all the information on how to arrive at the station and was in contact with us all the time to assist us.
