The door opening mechanism was complicated and cumbersome and dependent on access to an email sent to you on your mobile phone which had to be tapped into 3 times to gain entry. There was a further issue with opening from the inside. What if there was a problem with my phone or the internet? There was a security frame on the windows which made the place secure but felt very contained….
