Great location. The beds have a little sheet you can draw across your bunk for privacy and plug outlets in your bunk area

No one was there when I left at 7:30, so I assume it was fine to just leave.

“Be aware of late night/early morning arrivals disturbing your sleep.”

The staff member was very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my pack there before check in. The bed was comfortable and clean with a privacy curtain.

To be improved

Guests (2) arrived at 2.30 am when myself and another guest were sleeping. They decided it was a good time to shower, were very noisy and then proceeded to have intimate relations for another hour. The room was not quiet until 4am. I did not expect for guests to be arriving through the night and making such a disturbance with no consideration for other people. I thought a facility such as this would regulate late night arrivals. I think a refund is in order.

The staff who name, Juan (?). He's very helpful, and giving a clear introduction and also share some of the tips around the neighborhood. Even the cleaner, she's such a lovely girl, telling me all the tips around that area too.

To be improved

The room mate in that room that day, and also my bed was creating some sort of the noice. The room could be a bit stuffy at night, even tho the outside was cooler. I would recommend to have a fans or something to circulate the airflow.

“Friendly staff, great details!”

The staff were all wonderful, especially Juan! He was helpful with suggestions including where to eat. Everything was straight forward and it was nice to have bedding and a towel provided. The privacy curtain goes a long way and is a nice touch as is the drawer to tuck away your bags.
