The apartment is listed here as being on the 1st floor,: 1, F. But when I arrived i saw that 1, F didn't exist. There's only a 2, F (segunda planta F). The hosts were very responsive, but maybe don’t know the apt/building so well. I was texting with them about this and they were adamant that it was 1, F. This apartment is officially 2F but located between 1st and 2nd floor. So I was a bit worried at first, thinking I could have been scammed, but after about 20 mins of messaging with property I finally tried the 2nd floor apartment F and that was the right one. I was of course a bit nervous that it was occupied. I messaged them to let them know, and I hope they will update this on the site and it’s not a nice way to arrive. I messaged booking customer service twice, 2.5 & 3 weeks ago, to confirm this is updated for future guests but no response.

The bed sheets were stained but we were provided fresh sheets on the same day. The kitchen was well equipped (plates, glasses etc) but the frying pans are no good and there's only one pot so it's not great if you wanna cook. Also you only get a small amount of washing up soap so it could be problematic for longer stays.

The corkscrew was broken ( plastic) Almost no soap in shower, all most no dish detergent in kitchen, no stopper in kitchen sink, one garbage bag for 6 days.
