Location is so good, 10-15 minutes to the center. Everything is so clean and bad its perfect (like a cloud). Air condition in this moment is not working, but at the end so good, recommendation.

It´s about 20 Minutes on foot to the Beach and 10 minutes to the city center. There is also a terase that can be used 24h, which is especially nice in the evening with the cool breeze.
