Everything was perfect! I spent 4 weeks in this apartment and it was great time. The location is great, the C1 & C2 bus lines are close to the app, Mercadona and pharmacies. 10 mins from Picasso garden. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped. I can highly recommend this apartment! Will definitely stay here next time.

This was my second time staying here. I love the flat. It’s clean, the furniture has a good quality and it’s not far from the center. Would do it again.

The flat is newly renovated and the quality of the furniture is great. Most of the things you might need were there. I liked the umbrella for the beach, that was a plus. It was clean. The air conditioning is situated in the living room. So in order to cool down the bedroom you have to keep the door open, which was not a problem for me. There is a bus stop right next to the place so you can get to the city easily. Walking would be around 25 min. The personal was very kind as well. I would definitely return. Since I was the first person to book this place I had a little incident, which was resolved immediately, that’s why I’m writing it in the positive section. On arrival the water didn’t work and the air conditioning was leaking water. I let the personnel know and a maintenance guy came over. The water was turned on and he fixed the air conditioning. The air conditioning was installed wrong from the beginning, that’s why it was leaking. Now everything is working :)
