Building location is great and has a nice inner courtyard, there is an elevator to help with the luggage and there is no noise in the apartment. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes to make staying more comfortable.

To be improved

The apartment was poorly cleaned and is not well maintained. There is grout everywhere in the bathroom and the balcony was not cleaned for a very long time. There is a layer of dust on the balcony and we didn't use it at all. Beds in the smaller bedroom are 2 travel beds put together and mattress keeps sliding while you sleep. There is very little space, barely enough to put a suitcase on the floor.
