Renovated building, clean with new furniture. Enough dishes in the kitchen, a washing machine and dryer are available every day on the roof. The location is only a few minutes from the city center. Several supermarkets are nearby.

To be improved

Lack of communication with owners - only through booking after 2-3 hours… The insulation of the outer door is very bad, so you can hear everything from the outside.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the apartment in Malaga. It was the brightest and coziest place we've ever stayed at. The space is thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable for a relaxing vacation. The location is simply perfect — all the main attractions are within walking distance. You can reach the historic city center in just a few minutes. There are plenty of shops, charming cafes, and excellent restaurants nearby, making it easy to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Malaga. A special thanks to the host! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available and ready to assist with any questions. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get the most out of their stay in this beautiful city!

The apartment is modern, clean and well furnished. It has all the amenities that you need for a short stay. The location is very good, just 5 min walking from the historical center.

To be improved

The soundproofing was inexistent. The walls must be very thin because it was very noisy. It was like you had the in your bedroom. You could also hear every single noise from the street even though it was a quiet street. In booking.com it says that it has a parking, but in reality this is a parking lot in the neighborhood. The proprietor sent an email about the parking after saying that the parking is in the same street. In reality the parking is on a parallel street and we had to make a couple of rounds till we found it.
