“Good located but poor service”

The best

-Location was great, close to the center -We had a laundry area meaning washing machine and dryer -We had air conditioner -Coffee machine -Netflix -Confortable beds -Had furniture to deposite our clothes

To be improved

-you could have seen easly that the floor was not clean, our socks were dirty because of that -We only 2 big towels and 2 small but we were 3 people -Only 3 toilet rolls for 5 days for 3 people -Only 2 nespresso caps for 3 people -No iron even if it says on booking that they provide this they actually don t “when it comes to small apartments” -You could hear the person’s at the corner of the street breath. We had a very hard time sleeping and we ended up getting ear plugs. You can hear EVERYTHING -It was a weird smell in the apartment probably because it was lot of humidity in the whole building -The door at the entrance it s a little bit hard to open and you need to push hard after you introduce the code. We though many times that we pressed the wrong code but in fact we just had to force it. We recomand to let a note with this mention because since you can hear everything we also heard all the other people in the building pressing the code many times before realising they need to push harder on the door

“Very good”

The best

The location was perfect - really close to the centre and within walking distance to the centre of town where all the main sites and restaurants are situated. Air con was really good and reliable. Water pressure in the shower was perfect and the bed was super comfortable too! Also the flat was very clean and well-kept. Finally, the apartment was really easy to access - we had no trouble checking in and out.

To be improved

The flat wasn't that well insulated and so we could hear a lot of noise from the square outside until late. Also, the wifi connection wasn't that great - my partner and I were working remotely and we had to use mobile internet rather than wifi to work effectively.

“Superb”

The best

The apartment is newly renovated. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed also. The kitchen utensils are all new..

To be improved

I requested if we can check in earlier around 12:00. Then they granted my request.. when we arrived in the apartment the floor is so dirty. For me it's ok if they tell me that they can't grant my request because they still need to clean the apartment.. but it's ok I am just commenting just to improve their services.
