“Poor house keeping, needs improvement, huge construction next door > too expensive”
+ Criticism of former guest partially attended to: oven, weeds, shower, grass cut, + Huge garage space with direct access to house + Huge storage room next to entrance from garage + Pets allowed, no extra charge + Fully fenced garden + Air conditioning in every room + One smoke alarm in downstairs living room + Location - close to sea, close to Malaga
- Still not fixed: broken bulb, missing bowls, power keeps tripping, sofa cushions collapsed, roof plants in pots - Garage lights turn of after 4 sec - Old yoga mat in garden, has been laying there a while - Shade cover on roof terrace missing - Wrong information about water restrictions - Temperature control in fridge broken - 2 (not 3) bathrooms + one toilet where the drain stinks unbelievably - Door to living room blocked > wastes heating/cooling (and this considering you are asked to be thoughtful with electricity!) - Takes 2,5 min till hot water arrives in shower > wastes huge amount of water! (although we were asked to be thoughtful with water!) - No hand towel in kitchen, only tea towel - Slide out cupboard in kitchen blocked - Back of kitchen drawer missing - Huge construction side next to house - Not semi-detached but the middle one of three. No soundproofing! - Internet only in living room, very slow - Garden gate not locked, no key for it - Glass door to roof top cannot be closed properly - No spare garbage bags, not enough toilet rolls - Springs of some mattresses poke you in the back etc.

Oven falling out of unit. Only 4 mugs and bowls. Large knives blunt. Weeds growing out of stairs and on terrace. Main bathroom shower went everywhere. Electrics kept tripping. Plaster falling off the wall. No sound proof with neighbours heard everything nd their dog barked and wined all evening until 11.15 at night. Worst of all we were a few meters from building site with large crane and constant daily noise.

Good views from the roof terrace. Great location in easy walking distance to amenities. The rental company were quick to respond.
Although the location is good we weren’t pre-warned that it is right next to a building site so be prepared to be awoken early by that. Be aware that the electronic lock system is prone to glitches and failure, we had 2 days without it working which was very frustrating with 4 adults staying. Make sure you always take the physical key with you, they only provide one. It stank of drains. Really really badly, we had to open all doors and windows on arrival and buy air fresheners. It made our clothes smell. There was a stagnant bucket of stinky water under the kitchen sink. It had been cleaned but not deep cleaned, so grime in corners etc. The house and furniture is tired, lots of broken items. The sofas need replacing as the cushions have collapsed making it uncomfortable. Outside they’d not bothered to weed or cut the grass which adds to the untidiness. Not enough cutlery or glasses for the amount of people. The rental company entered one day without pre warning us.

Nice, clean, located out of crowded areas but close to the beach and good bars/restaurants.
Paper walls, one can hear each word of fellow neighbours. Kitchen could be better equipped.

Booked the house for a month. It was amazing. I miss it! Very close to beach and easy for shops. Bust to malaga very close. It is comfortable with a great roof terrace. All mod cons.
