Ruim een maand voor datum aan hotel laten wetenndat we door geannuleerde vluchten (owv covid-19) niet naar Sevilla zouden kunnen komen. Geen reactie, telefonisch onbereikbaar, via Expedia ook geen antwoord:omboeken kan niet zonder kosten, maar geen verdere feedback over bedrag van omboekkosten. Ontevreden over communicatie met Expedia, en zeker over gebrek aan communicatie van hotel

Terrible customer service and missold room type. We had booked online a deluxe double room through Booking.com and were checked into a standard. An incredibly noisy room situated on the front of the building of a busy road, with the addition to a dog barking all the time upstairs. We gave the hotel plenty of opportunity to rectify their error and they were simply not interested. The hotel insisted they had booked us in the room type we had booked, However the bed was not >2m as described for the deluxe double and the room was nothing like the spec advertised on their website and Booking.com. We even went to the extent of measuring the bed as it was so much smaller than expected and measured as expected 1.8m. Despite this, the hotel still would not do anything. Atrocious service, so after 1 night of no sleep we simply checked out as did not want to have another 2 sleepless nights. We are still in dispute via Booking.com and waiting for the hotel to compensate us.. Stay somewhere else.

Bien que la chambre soit correcte et que la localisation est bien, il n'y a aucun service contrairement à ce que peut laisser penser la présentation. Aucun accueil personnalisé, pas d'informations touristiques, pas de réfrigérateur... C'est juste un lieu pour dormir et prendre une douche. Ce n'est ni le niveau du concept Airbnb (ou autres), ni les prestations d'un Appart-Hôtel et encore moins d'un hôtel... malgré les tarifs pratiqués. L'aménagement, le linge de lit et le linge de toilette proviennent de chez Ikea (ce qui est correct mais pas du niveau attendu). Nous avions demandé une aide pour un taxi de bonne heure afin de rejoindre l'aéroport, nous attendons encore ! Et pour l'arrivée il a fallu communiqué un créneau horaire car ils n'ont pas d'accueil permanent... En conclusion, décevant.
