The room description mentions that the apartment has a separate bedroom, but this is not true, "bedroom" is not separate... it's within the living room (no doors or walls that separate these "two rooms"). We agreed to pick up the keys at 3pm, arrived on time, and the apartment wasn't ready. Still, the cleaning lady provided info once we arrived and asked us to come 15min later...we arrived 30min later and waited 10min more in front of the doors since she wasn't answering calls, or bell ringing or replying to messages. After she finally opened, she didn't even apologize
