“Good apartment a bit far away but still nice”

If you want a confortable place for a good price a bit out of the old town but still in a great area, I’d definitely recommend. I had a problem with the kitchen light that was not solved within a week. Communication is bad and not organised

To be improved

I had problems that were not fixed. The toilet flush does. It work properly.

“The location is good, nearby alameda but the house has its quirks”

The house is really nice, better than in the pictures. It has two rooms and a nice living room.

To be improved

The kitchen is dark and the light were not working. We were unablr to cook. the air condition works through an old system and was not definitely not enough. We barelly could sleep one night.

“Fantastic host, fantastic place to stay in Seville”

The best

Best experience of staying in an apartment in Europe that I have had so far. Contacted the host in Whatsapp to sync on the time of arrival and then everything went smooth after that. The apartment was very good and the amenities were terrific. I didn't have enough time to figure how to open the balcony doors, otherwise everything else was as mentioned in the site. Kudos to the host for a well maintained property.

To be improved

Every day had 3-4 homeless person staying outside the building. It was disturbing initially, but I got used to it after couple of days.
