“Misleading and disappointing”

To be improved

I recently stayed at this property and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Here are the main issues we encountered: We were provided with only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 3-day stay with 3 people. This was highly inconvenient and unacceptable. The electricity went out while using the dryer. We arrived before 9 PM but were still charged 10 euros for a "late check-in" fee, despite the policy stating late check-in is after 9 PM. Broken Amenities: - The showerhead was broken, making it difficult to use. - The bedframe was broken, with the metal frame making loud noises whenever we moved. - The curtain rail was broken, it fell off while opening the curtains The listing showed a balcony, but in reality, it was a closed-off area with a horrible smell. This was very misleading and disappointing. Overall, this property did not meet our expectations in any way, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Shower head holder broken...Rather than large (long) pillows replace each with two smaller pillows.

“Great location, nice flat... that deserves refurbishment and some repairs.”

Dryer in the kitchen. It was raining cats and dogs outside and we appreciated being able to dry our clothes.

To be improved

Leaking toilets Poorly equipped kitchen Bedroom windows did not close. As the flat is on ground floor we felt like sleeping on thev sidewalk.
