“Didn't meet our expectations completely”
The best

Nice ocean view, private beach, showers on the beach, apartmant was renovated, comfy big beds with 3 pillows for each person, well equipted kitchen, walk in showers, nice size of the apartment for 4 people, has washing mashine and dryer and dishwasher, big TV screens in every room

To be improved

The apartmant wasn't clean enough, we found piece of nail in kitchen drawer, oven looked as it has never been cleaned, there was mold in washing mashine, some of the dishes were dirty, can't flush toilet paper but that is due to narrow pipes in general on the island, also we got only one role of one ply toilet paper per room, there was no soap in soap dispensers. There is no garage, there is actually outside parking place on the roof of the building.

The best

Very nice location, quiet and with a great view. Private parking available. A lot of places available. Spacious apartment, suitable for long term stays, with family. Internet speed was good, although it doesn't reach well in all rooms.

To be improved

The place needs a bit of TLC. Small things like replacing burned lights, fixing closet/drawer doors, shower faucet, iron leaking, etc. have a big impact. We were missing shower gel, there was also only some left over hand soap and dish washing liquid (the host was able to provide some shower gel after we contacted her). Toilet paper also very limited. Proper cleaning needs to be made. Water heater is very small, you have to wait between showers for the water to heat again, especially if you have long hair and need a lot of water to wash it. :)

Everything was clean, communication was professional and friendly. The apartments, sports court and beach fully met our expectations.

To be improved

The only problem we had was with a clogged drain from the shower but we resolved it quickly
