Building a bit dated

I think the owners of this property do need to spend a bit more time and money looking after it. As per a previous reviewer (in February of this year), the kitchen inventory is very limited. Although the flat could sleep six people, there certainly are not six full sets of crockery and cutlery. A previous reviewer mentioned a broken kitchen tap. This is still very wobbly and the sink area is jn very poor condition. I alerted the owners that the handle of the bathroom was also broken and about to fall off. I hope they fix it. There are only two controllers for the four air-conditioner units and one of these is stuck together with tape. The TV remote control is also stuck together with tape. Many of the handles of the drawers and cupboards are loose. The frame of the double bed in the main bedroom is damaged - this was also mentioned by a previous reviewer. There was no kitchen hand towel provided. The kettle is very small and the lid mechanism does not work properly. I booked for two people and asked the owners in advance if my son and daughter in law could also come for a couple of days in the middle of the week - I did not get a reply (but they could not come anyway). It should be made clear that if walking, the flat can only be reached from town via a steep road or one of several series of step steps.

Was up a very steep hill with little kids so needed taxi only 5 euros to get to town ..

Hard to find a place for the car especially in the evening, and the appartment is up hill so for old people there will be alot of stairs to take unless you come by car
