Everything! The place is absolutely beautiful, small but clean and with Everything you need. The location couldn't be better. Anthony, Francis and his family are such a lovely and professional people. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Definitely I will come back!

- very easy on-/offboarding - nice small flat, well equipped - own kitchen, balcony, access to pool area and laundry machine - in the centre of maspalomas - everything that you need for a nice stay in gran canaria - welcome gift (bottle of wine, water, chips) -.no noise from the main street nearby - flat in in the centre, but its quite far to walk to the beach/sea (on the other hand, you can get to the dunes in 2-3 minutes)

To be improved

- aircon is missing in the flat, there was only a (pretty noisy) ventilator - furniture is a bit old and used, fridge was noisy - shower has only hot water for some minutes

“All good. A small but nice studio appartment. The communication with the host very good.”

The best

my plane was delayed but was not problem for the host. He met me to hand out keys later in the evening. I appreciated the possibility to use washing mashine.

To be improved

Is a bit far from the beach, but no problem for me.
