“Self service great location poor service and amenities”

There’s no front desk on the Hortaleza address Getting to the hotel tired after 12 hours flight and not having someone from the staff to let me in ruined my experience in Madrid. When one host Sara showed up I thought I would be fine but then she was rude and unprepared to accommodate me. She made me go to another location just to find out she was wrong and I had to walk back to Hortaleza with my luggage. She didn’t offer any help. So rude! I’ll never go back

The best

The location was terrific...we were close to everything. The neighbourhood was a lively and friendly place. The hosts were very helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Parking space was not too far from the premises and was safe and secure. We would stay here again.

To be improved

Not much of a view...but we expected that so all good.
