I had the worst experience ever in my life. I had a reservation for 2 nights with my family with 2 kids. I did the online check in and the confirmation from the hotel. And can you imagine, we arrived at the hotel and they said that the room had problems, the water was leaking from the upper floor. They said that they informed Expedia, but I got no messages from anyone. The hotel didn’t try to solve the problem, they were keeping saying and they informed Expedia, but they didn’t inform us, though I had an online check in already and everything was prepaid. The place is really small and they couldn’t offer other rooms or any solution. After a couple of hours of arguments, I found a new hotel myself and with baggage and kids we had to move there. I wouldn’t recommend this place, they are not problem-solving and client-oriented.

The location was excellent. You walked out and within 15 steps you had the Gran Vía and all the important places on my trip, the metro station, everything apart from the girl who welcomed us was super excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay with you again.

I really loved Woohoo, the room exceeded my expectations! The room size was just right for a short trip, super clean and location is excellent right on Gran Via and metro & bus stops just around the corner, did not have any noice complaints even though its on a busy street, front desk ladies were also amazing with helping when running into aircon issues & foodspot suggestions! All by all would go back for sure when visiting madrid!!
