Initially, it looked amazing as we walked in. Then the musty smell hit. Its an old building and there has been lots of rain earlier in the year, but it was hard to air the flat as the only open door/window was the doors out from the bedroom to the courtyard. There was black mould by the shower and lots of bubbling on the walls in the bathroom and the bedroom. The sofa is uncomfortable and looks tried and dirty as it’s cream coloured. A sofa bed but the sofa cushions have no give in them and you could feel the bars of the bed through the cushions. The kitchen sink plug is broken and has been left there but doesn’t work. It made it hard to wash up. There were cracks in two of the mugs and chips in one of the dinner plates. I know that the information stated that it’s a double bed, but nowadays everyone expects a bigger bed plus the room could accommodate a bigger bed. The towels had holes in them and were thin and frayed at the edges.
