Xingola - Basque Stay

I would have appreciated it if the hosts left some information on the kitchen table about things to do in San Sebastian. The host did send me a link via booking.com for a food tour but I didn't see it in time. Unfortunately, on the days we stayed it rained a lot. This meant it was hard for us to dry clothes. There were clothes to dry outside but there was another place that seemed to be like an enclosed place shared amongst the floors but that area had no air ventilation so the bed sheets and clothes took forever to dry. Over 2 days they had a damp type of smell. There was no one in the office in the building next to the apartment, I only saw someone once and she did help me to get an iron. It would have been nice to get access to new bedding as we were there for 6 nights. Communication was great before our arrival but quite poor once we were in the apartment. Lastly, the windows are not double-glazed or anything and for a few days we could hear a lot of shouting outside on the street.

Property was fantastic. The car park facilities were quite a distance away and was difficult to park in space

I would have preferred knowing ahead of time to bring our own coffee, salt, pepper, dishwasher, laundry, hand, hair and body soap. Limited provisions provided but there are stores nearby.
