“Worst apartment rental experience ever!”

The apartment itself is more or less okay. It was clean and quiet. The 2 sleeping rooms are very small and with difficult access to the windows. Despite located on the 20th floor, the view is towards the northern suburbs and less interesting. The car parking facility is good but only after finding out the very hard and time consuming way how to get in and out.

Despite asking several times, absolutely no information was ever provided on access to the building, the apartment, the parking, the operation of facilities, etc. The only important information ever contained in 16 emails was the access code to the apartment. Nothing else! There is no parking in front of the building to check-in. Access to the parking lot is only possible after check-in. The entrance to the building is in the back and cannot be seen from the street. As it is a one-way street, it is a long way to return to the building. It took some time to find the entrance. No information was available on the parking entrance, which was 200m away from the building and not marked. In the parking area, no information was available how to get to the apartment from there. Just one hidden door stating “viviendas” and using the chip allowed direct access. We spent again half an hour to find out the hard way from locals. The chip to leave the parking did not work 2 times and we had to call somebody to open the exit gate. No information was provided on the pool area. Neither on the location, nor on the usage conditions, nor on the access. Half of the sun chairs were broken. No information was provided on usage of the facilities and appliances in the apartment. (e.g. air condition, fridge, oven, dish washer, etc.). Some appliances are very modern and do require a bit of information how do operate. The big plates did not fit into the dish-washer. The WiFi password found in the apartment was wrong. No information was provided on where to dump garbage and on the conditions how to leave the apartment. Very irritating were big signs in the elevators, which informed guests that the police may appear at any time and force people out of rented apartments as they are for residents only and not licensed for commercial rentals. This does not leave a comfortable feeling. It is incredible that apartments are rented out without any useful and necessary information.

We had a car so had to park by the entrance to the parking garage with no issues while someone from our group retrieved the keys from the apartment easily.

To be improved

The only thing was the pillows were very hard but that is a personal opinion/preference

“Very nice and bright apartment”

The best

Good location, nice apartment, friendly and clear communication with the owner. All neccessary equipment for a relaxed stay is available. Roof top pool and sundeck is definitely a bonus of this apartment. Also the gym.
