Our apartment was spotless and in the perfect location. We could see our kids playing from the balcony window, which made us feel very safe. The staff were incredibly friendly, and there was a great selection of restaurants, bars, and shops right on our doorstep. The main shopping mall was just a short walk away. Each morning, I enjoyed a lovely walk while the teens slept in. The port is only a few minutes away—and visible from the apartment—which made it easy to take boat trips to nearby islands, something I highly recommend. The hotel arranged an airport taxi for us, and the driver was amazing. He shared so much about the island, told us to contact him if we needed anything, and truly followed through. Throughout our trip, he was always available—either picking us up himself or arranging someone else. He even dropped us back to the airport and helped us with our bags. The people in Puerto Rico are genuinely friendly, and I’d highly recommend a visit. This hotel is exceptional—one of the very few in a flat, low-level area, so there’s no steep hill to climb after a day at the beach. Just note: the hotel doesn’t offer evening entertainment, which was fine for us. We preferred having a few drinks early, then relaxing on the balcony listening to the sea—pure bliss. If you plan to watch TV, bring a Fire Stick, as the TV doesn’t support screen casting (you’d need a cable). We met others who went out to party nearby, so entertainment is close by if you want it—but this hotel is all about location and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely return.
