“Amazing stay”

The best

We had a wonderful stay at Yartan Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations! The concierge – a lovely woman – was exceptional: friendly, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, the pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was generous, varied, and delicious. The location is also fantastic, offering a perfect base for exploring the area. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The best

Very well maintained, and very quiet despite being in town. Fantastic and charming breakfast, and several quiet places to relax in the courtyard or at the pool (which is small but refreshing and relaxing). Also, the staff are exceptionally nice. Whether serving breakfast or answering a question or helping with a taxi, cheerful, attentive, helpful. Great playlist, nice ambiance all around.

To be improved

The only „downside“ is that there is no parking, and on the streets around it is residents only… one has to park at the public lot 10 min away by foot. It is a little winding and confusing to walk (bring the map). This is good exercise, and the walk is charming. But, I was there in 98F. :) in fairness, I am not sure the other hotels are any different in Arta, and the charming town center is worth it!

To be improved

There is no service at the hotel at all it seems from lunch time onwards. We were let in by a cleaner who spoke no English. We only saw the receptionist 3 times in a week. There was no one on site to ask for anything for the room etc most of the time. For the price of the hotel, I do not think this is acceptable. Twice we had to let people into the hotel because no one was at reception. There was just an envelope on the front desk. The public car park is close by but with poor directions given to us it was painful to find. Once you know where it is then it’s fine. The pool and garden are gorgeous but not really set up for many people to get sun or shade. It’s substance over form. The honesty bar is helpful but doesn’t make up for service.
