There was renovation work being done on the upper floors that detractrd from the whole appeal of our stay. It did not directly inconvenience us ( Noise was kept to a minimum and only during the mid-morning to early afternoon time) it was dusty as you entered the building with construction materials/debris around the entrancway walking up to the apartment.

It was the worst experience of living in a rented apartment in my life. This apartment looked beautiful in the photos, but it had one major drawback. The apartment had no windows facing outside. There were only two windows in the apartment. The bedroom window overlooked a working garage, from which the smell of carbon monoxide and gasoline emanated. In the living room, opposite the window, there was a pipe connected to a restaurant's exhaust system. So, we had to choose between breathing in carbon monoxide or the smell of fried fish from the restaurant. Moreover, the apartment lacked sufficient natural and artificial lighting. Finding the apartment according to the owner's instructions was very difficult. We had to walk in the rain with our suitcases all over the block before we finally found the correct building. We have photos and videos of the apartment, including the window facing the garage. Unfortunately, I can't post photos here, but you can find them in the reviews on Google Maps. The apartment manager refused to discuss this situation. I strongly advise against choosing this accommodation as it poses a life-threatening risk to sleep in a room with carbon monoxide.
