“Brilliant lovely hotel would stay again”

Loved it! Easy to get to with the bus number 24 or 25 - but check the bus timings carefully as they are every 30-40 mins so close to the beach room was totally clean and had a balcony it has a beach/sea feel to the hotel Rooftop accessible with views of the Med sea Staff super friendly and helpful Lovely bathroom and spacious rooms Muy bien disfrutato a quedarme en este hotel, muchas gracias as receptionistas que han hecho un hotel stay formidable, por supuesto me quedaré aqui de nuevo si vuelvo a Valencia otra vez, muchas gracias!

“Underwhelming”

The best

The reason l I have given this hotel three stars is because of the location and the staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location by the bus top is perfect for catching the 24 or 25 bus to Valencia. Parking was easy too. However the hotel itself needs some work. The corridors were dingy and need updating, it has a feel of a youth hostel. The room, even though we were upgraded, was tiny. The balcony with no view had a huge step up to it (perhaps 40cms or so ) through a patio door which would have been impossible for anyone with mobility concerns and was certainly difficult with the bed in the way. The balcony had cigarettes thrown down from the room above. No body wash filled throughout the stay. Restaurants are not ideal but there are some better ones in the back streets behind the hotel. The rooftop bar was good.

“The staff on the reception is lovely. The staff in the restaurant - a bit less :) Super clean rooms. Modern look. Rooms are not too large. There's a lot of street parking outside, so it was never a problem to find a spot. Also there's a superb forest-ish trail very close, so for the hike-lovers and runners, the location could be nice. · Cons: The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was quite basic.”

“What I liked the most about my stay in this hotel was the staff. There were three different people at the reception during my stay, and all of them were super friendly and helpful—whether you need help with anything or advice, they will help you. It was also very thoughtful of them to bring a little bottle of sparkling wine to my room for my birthday. Thank you!”
