“Great location, spacy rooms. Photo were fully consistent with reality. Very clean and comfortable, with well equiped kitchen. The host answered immediately, both check in and check out went smoothly. · Cons: There were a security problem prior to check-in. Company should react qiucker and warn guests against fraudulent emails. It was inconvienient and stressful.”

The customer service was not good.Difficulties getting through the customer service over the phone.When you call them they don’t speak a good English.I called and I was asked if I spoke Spanish or Japanese.How do you expect a tourist from USA to speak Japanese?
