villa was nice and space around it

the owners jump on you as soon as you arrive to collect taxes you've already paid with booking. they demand cash and refuse to understand you've paid them already. don't speak any English to facilitate a peaceful resolution. they don't mind coming in and turning off the lights complaining about the electricity bill as well as complaining they're not making enough money out of you... they create additional trouble by asking booking to reimburse you so that you can pay them the taxes in cash and booking said they did though we never received the money back.. the owners live in the villa just across and spye on you, so don't have any unexpected guest cuz they will take note of everyone coming in and out and of course demand extra taxes from you... most intrusive, rude, annoying owners I've ever rented a villa from on our last evening they came again asking we go take out some cash to pay the taxes for extra unscheduled guests.. and to pay them the taxes on the taxes... absolutely unbelievable when you politely decline and ask them to leave you in peace and stop spying they bark at you saying you have to be gone at 10am the next day.. but they couldn't give us the instructions for the check-in before 7pm despite 4 messages ... I don't recommend renting this villa not for the place itself but the crazy, cheap, intrusive, disrespectful and mad owners
