“property needs a lot of work before being rented out again”

1. Sink was leaking, reported, fixed on Friday but still leaking now 2. Gas- smell of gas, reported on the Friday & only fixed this morning- couldn’t sit outside with the smell of gas. Bedrooms next to gas room?? So dangerous & should have been fixed urgently. 3. Lock on back door is very difficult to lock 4. No bins outside, risk of rodents with bags being kept in gas room 5. Bed bugs- 2 out of the 5 of us have bed bites 6. No t-towels, sink cloths- reported & cleaning lady dropped some into the house.
