Yuco holidays

We were supposed to be emailed the code number for the key lock on arrival day. It didn't arrive. We tried the contact telephone numbers from the booking and from the sign on the door of the apartment. Neither phone connected. We messaged through booking.com but didn't get a quick reply. We started to worry we had been duped and began to look on our phone for a hotel. Eventually a very kind local man who didn't speak any English at all came to us in front of the door and after showing him our booking he took us to an apartment on the other side of the building. We couldn't knock on the door thanks to the Rottweiler guard dog behind a locked gate. Eventually a lady came out saying there was no booking for us. Showing her the reservation she eventually gave us a door lock case code which was 5 numbers but we already knew the code was 4 numbers. Eventually we worked out which 4 were correct and gained entry. The key handover could not have been more stressful. Facilities are fairly good but the patio was very small and as there is only a twin electric hob (no oven) so, a pizza oven or BBQ for outside use would have been a wonderful addition.
