The apartment itself, contact with very helpful owner, clean space with all stuff needed. Location close to the motorway.

The best

Yuli was a very friendly host. Very helpful and easy. Apartment was exactly as on the pictures. Balcony was massive. Easy parking outside the building if not Yuli gave a the key for the garage however we didn't use this option. Bed was comfy. Plenty towels. I like this place and 100% recommend

To be improved

If you want be exactly in the center you have to walk around 30 min but it wasn't a problem for us.

The best

The location was excellent. It's on the edge of the city, but we walked to the seafront one day and took a taxi back. However we explored a lot of the N coast, soon we could get on the road easily in the morning to go east or west. There is an excellent little Italian restaurant just over the main road which we used several times, and slightly down the main road a super cafe for breakfast. There are several major supermarkets nearby for those who wish to self cater.

To be improved

It was a great shame the sun doesn't hit the beautiful large balcony at this time of year, however we did watch the New Year fireworks fr there! There is a pool on the floor below, that gets lots of sun! It was always quiet when we went , and has lots of sun beds

“An excellent experience”
The best

This is one of the challenging reviews, since the place is at a quality I haven’t seen before! The location is easy to reach by car in puerto del Cruz. There is a lot of free parking in addition to a private garage! The appartment is in a very nice building, which has the facilities of free big swimming pool, and a really well equipped gym. The apartment itself is very spacious. In addition to large bedroom and spacious living room and kitchen it has a huge (!!) balcony. I haven’t seen before such a level of meticulous and vast variety of equipment and everything necessary for living as in this place. Every possible accessories, including a great washing machine which we used a lot was there. The appartment and all the building are very clean and the whole area looks very secured. The hostess is very helpful and brought us some stuff that was running out without hesitation. There is an excellent Mexican restaurant at the same street as a nice bonus 😀
