Location was superb.

To be improved

A bit challenging having to do the whole checkin via phone and not clearly seeing the entrance to the place. Too much reliance on technology and not humans. had to make a few calls in order to speak with someone to guide us. Also, one should be warned that having anything but a compact car make it challenging to navigate to the place. We never did find the parking for the place but did find a parking garage not too far and Zafiro did reimburse us for the parking charges there since parking was part of the fee,

A light airy and spacious apartment, tastefully decorated and provided nearly everything we needed. The instructions to get into the property were very clear and easy to follow. We were well informed about what to do and where to eat and any questions were very quickly answered.

To be improved

The double bed in the smaller bedroom would benefit from a mattress topper as the bed is very hard. No scourer or anything to wipe surfaces were available which are essential if the kitchen is to be left as found. The edges of the tiled floor could do with a good clean and dust cleared from under the beds
