Location was nice and building and yard was appealing looking

The ceiling crumbled most days onto the kitchen counter and floor and the pool was cold and didnt look clean

Cozy hotel in beautiful Puerto del Carmen. Calm and quiet surroundings. Close to shops, restaurants, close to the beach.

To be improved

Not very clear description of the place where one can pick up the keys. Not very clean floor when we arrived. Lacking description of the air conditioning (we did not really need it but good to know how it works).Some of the kitchen equipment needed extra cleaning before we could use it, as well.

lovely quiet complex, very clean inside and outside,, fab little pool, everything needed was there including air-conditioning, shampoo, shower gel, washing detergent. dishwasher, washing machine, even two towel robes, will definitely return, really enjoyed our stay
