“Nothing · Cons: This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in – and I have travelled extensively for years. Apart from everything already mentioned by other guests, I need to add that: There were exposed and broken electrical cables, which is not only unacceptable but extremely dangerous. The ceilings were falling apart, with dust and debris literally coming down. The main door was blocked from the inside, meaning that whoever stayed inside was trapped and could not get out. This is illegal and absolutely unsafe. The toilet was broken and leaking, so it was basically unusable. The woman managing the property was extremely rude, unhelpful, and aggressive, and completely unable to communicate in English. Despite asking several times, we never received the PIN code to enter the apartment. There was no way to reach anyone for assistance, and no emergency instructions available. After just one night, we had to leave – I believe they were already being investigated by Booking because of how serious the situation was. Honestly, this place should be removed from the platform. It’s not safe, not clean, and definitely not as advertised. Avoid at all costs”
