“Servicio, comida y decoracion”
We went in the month of October. I thought it was an expensive restaurant, but it's reasonably priced with the quality and quantity. The waiter service was a little bad, but the placement and decoration was quite luxurious. In my opinion, it's a restaurant that if you don't mind eating little but well, it's suitable.
“Satisfactory Budget Accommodation”
Satisfactory Budget Accommodation but the welcome left me cold after the officious grilling at reception. Motorcycle parking in secure car park under the hotel with access to all floors but at the same daily rate as cars. Room clean and fully functioning but check the facilities when you book as some have kettles and some don't.
“Good option for family for quick stay”
Booked here last minute on travel through Spain. It has several options which appealed to us: family rooms with kitchenette, pets welcomes, 24 hour check-in, secure parking, walking distance to city centre. There are other options for families with small children but none/few with the above conveniences. The positives: The area is easily reachable with a drop-off in front. Underground, secure parking is right around the corner with direct elevator access to the lobby/rooms. The facilities and rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom was modern with good quality towels. Beds were comfortable. Some other reviewers complained about the distance to the old centre but frankly its 1 km! Come on! If you are using bus transport its right across the street from the bus terminal but its not a big city terminal which usually attracts "colourful" characters. There's several eating options at the terminal. The underground parking was great in that the spaces were very large and it was secure. The negatives: As we arrived late the garage door was closed and wouldn't open automatically with the parking ticket so my wife had to get out and walk around to the lobby to ask they remotely open it. The air-con was a little noisy. The blind on our window was stuck closed so we couldn't let any daylight in, but we were just there for sleeping and bathing. The furniture is nothing special but functional.
“A proper shocker”
I will say first that the place was clean, and the beds comfortable. It was supposed to offer kitchenette facilities. These included: a milk pan with a dangerously loose handle A frying pan with a dangerously loose handle a Tassimo with 2 (two) capsules for 2 adults for 2 nights a broken cooker hood a kitchen sink with no plug And missing were: any form sieve or colander or salad spinner any form of sharp, kitchen-type knife any form, shape or size of a chopping board any teaspoons any form of mixing or salad bowl a tin opener a cork screw a tea towel/drying cloth Bizarrely, in light of this obvious deficiency, there were kitchenette cupboards and drawers sufficient for a small family. All in chipped, aged chocolate brown veneer, with sagging hinges and loose handles. The bathroom was a similar study in depression-inducing brown, the shower/bath installation designed to give rise to Hitchcockian panic and to give cleaners slipped discs. But an obviously ideal environment for black mould. Provisions for dining were hilarious including 3 tiny kiddy chairs one of which was coming apart at the joints. Overall, an utter shocker. No, I didn't complain. What possible remedy was available but to leave and demand a full refund?
“Overnight Stay”
It took some finding, the sat nav kept taking us to the hospital! I telephoned for directions but the staff couldn't really help due to the language problem. The secure parking was a definite bonus, the room was large, very clean etc. The receptionist gave us a voucher for the restaurant however the restaurant wasn't open only the snack bar which had a limited and not very appetising menu. There was one member of staff rushed off her feet looking after the bar and the snack bar. OK for an overnight stay but wouldn't recommend for anything other.
