Zenit Logroño

The listing says this hotel is 2kms from Logrono. If you are walking it's more like 5kms as you cannot walk across the nearby bridge as it is for vehicles only. It maybe 2kms from the outskirts of Logrono but factor in a 3-3.5km drive into town.

The bathroom set up with the toilet and bidet was too close to the step in shower/bath. In my opinion was too close and dangerous. Our hotel bedroom was right above the cafe and outdoor area of the hotel. Itcwas very noisy early in the morning.

Nothing that the hotel can change...but be aware that the petrol station next door is close so dont arrive (like we did) expecting to be able to fill up! There is another petrol station close though.

My husband is disabled and while every effort was made to give us a "disabled" room it was not really suitable. Apparently there are no rooms with walk in shower, so bath with shower attached. Handrail for toilet support was attached nearside the bath with nothing on the other side. No bedside cabinets for water glass etc.. Aircon was not working (28 deg in room) but staff did try to sort this. Relied on air with window open.

The location was an industrial estate at the back of a petrol station. There was a restaurant but that is closed on a Sunday so we had to get a taxi into town to get something to eat. There is a cafe but not a place to eat in the evening and all the truck drivers go there. The taxi into town cost 12 euros and and 14 euros on the way back.
