Excellent location, very close to everything.

The welcome instructions were short or unclear about certain information, including indications about apartment location, keys, air conditioning (the packet alluded to AC, but the apartment didn't actually have any), and how the windows and blackout curtains worked. The customer service was quick to respond but repeatedly referred back to the check-in in instruction email/webpage rather than clarify the questions I had.

The apartment is well located, has all the facilities required for a short or long term stay and is in a great position to access everything San Sebastián has to offer. The FeelFree team were very responsive and helpful too. Thankyou.

The best

Just a nice apartment; Liked the bay window with a partial view of the beach and harbour area. A short, lovely, walk along the beach to both the old and new town.

I'm not a fan of digital entry using an App, which is why I wouldn't give it 10/10; and sure enough I struggled with it. However I phoned the number I was given, a friendly voice answered straight away and was able to let me in remotely.

Access to the building needed key and getting into the unit needed internet as WiFi and Bluetooth didn’t work . We were lucky to meet a tenant who assisted us.
