“Barred us for telling the truth”

A message to host after barred us for neg review as previous stay you could smell drugs coming from apartment 1 and this one well read our reply Hi ! hope your all well we are very sorry and apologise you feel like this but we loved our stay in : numbers, 3.6.7. 6 again, all of these and the other apartments are lovely and nice but number 2 , was not, Oh ! why ? we not done nothing wrong and business should thrive on feedback to put things right and correct that is wrong . we only highlighted the truth and you don’t treat regular customers like that and this and we tell the truth we loved all other apartments stays and will be getting a refund via booking.

Can’t go out on balcony as bad smell from 3 drains in yard and thousands of flys and someone did a poo and wee from home sweet Masca before us and we had to clean apt
