Loistava, keskeinen sijainti. Asunto on tilava ja kiva.

Parannettava

Asunnon vessa/kylpyhuone on surkeassa kunnossa, erittäin pieni ja todella haiseva. Vessassa ei vaihtunut ilma ollenkaan, joten haju oli kammottava. Haju levisi koko asuntoon. Vessakokemus pilasi kivan asunnon.
