Communication with owners was very good and check-in was managed, but the relatively late 4 pm check-in time and lack of luggage storage are inconvenient — net neutral.
Good location: around 20 minutes' walk to the nearest beach and about 15 minutes to Mercadona and Lidl; described as 'Ubicacion bien'.
Some amenities are good (washing machine, dishwasher), but the pools were not maintained/cleaned, reducing the overall amenities score.
Pools were reported as not cleaned (kids' pool described as 'filthy'); overall apartment cleanliness otherwise acceptable but pool area was a clear negative.
