Mixed: communication could be difficult and required an agent as intermediary, but host/agency ultimately provided solutions (late check-out allowed) and a clear arrival video for autonomous access.
Consistently praised: excellent, quiet location; easy access to tourist areas while allowing more authentic neighbourhood experience; beautiful courtyard and calming building.
Generally useful amenities: washing machine, basic kitchen supplies (detergent, paper towels), toaster available; but kitchen workspace limited and missing practical items (no dish rack, no peeler).
Repeated complaints about poor cleaning: hairs and previous guests' items in cupboards, ants in kitchen, mould and mould smell in bathroom, general dirt and maintenance-related damp damage.
