Management is responsive on WhatsApp, but reported issues (pool temperature, hot water) were not fully resolved.
Repeatedly praised as an excellent, central base for visiting the island and very well located.
Major amenity issues: pool effectively unusable or insufficiently heated, poor condition ping-pong/paddle equipment, broken parasols, missing salt and limited outdoor chairs.
Multiple reports of poor cleaning: hairs, cigarette butts on terraces, dirty bathrooms and leaks causing standing water.
Rooms are spacious but several lack essentials (no curtains/blinds in basement rooms, missing batteries, limited outdoor seating); some areas semi-basement and not as in photos.
Guests expected higher standards for the price paid given cleanliness, amenity failures and missing essentials.
