Poor communication and slow response from the owner (took two days to fix a clogged sink, had to insist).
Very positive: beachfront location and sea views repeatedly noted ('en face de la mer', 'Las vistas a la playa') and described as calm — boosted to offset significant negative points in other areas.
Basic amenity problems: missing blanket, clogged kitchen sink and other small maintenance issues noted.
Multiple comments about dirtiness ('La suciedad') and general lack of cleanliness in and around the apartment.
Misleading listing about size (advertised 60 m2 but the apartment is 40 m2); guest raised the issue and owner evaded the topic.
