Mixed to negative: one host (Victor) was very helpful, but reception staff were described as rude, there was no welcome gesture, requirement of a key deposit and persistent problems obtaining an invoice.
Positive: quiet, good for peace and relaxation, on-site shops for convenience, and a pleasant distant ocean view; downside is beach is far and best accessed by car.
Slightly negative: on-site pool (older but heated) and ground-floor shops are positives, but kitchen lacks appliances (no dishwasher), and some equipment is worn or missing.
Strong negative: multiple mentions of heavy dust, dirt and very superficial cleaning; cleanliness described as the biggest downside.
